Since 2015, Hawaii MLS has ranked Kai in the top 25 of all Hawaii Big Island real estate agents. Kai recorded the highest residential transaction in Big Island history at $37 million in 2020, the highest residential transaction sale in the State of Hawaii for that year. He was also involved in a $133 million residential transaction in California.
